Accounts that have had no wagering activity, login or transaction for an extended period may be classified as dormant. Withdrawal requests are subject to the following terms. There are no guaranteed withdrawal processing timelines. Processing times depend on the chosen method, your account verification status, outstanding bonus conditions and the Operator's current processing queue.
